IPL Chairman Rajeev Shukla met Union Home Secretary Rajeev Gauba today seeking security for matches in Chennai in view of protests over Cauvery issue.

Talking to media after the meeting in New Delhi, Mr. Shukla said the Home Secretary has spoken to the Tamil Nadu DGP and gave instructions that full security should be provided to spectators and players to avoid any untoward incidents. 

He said, the state government and Chennai police have also assured of security.
