IPL: Andre Russell helps KKR beat Kings XI Punjab

In the IPL cricket, Andre Russell's spectacular 66 from 36 balls helped Kolkata Knight Riders beat Kings Eleven Punjab by 4 wickets with 13 balls to spare. Chasing a victory target of 156 in Pune last night, Knight Riders Kolkata were reeling at 60 for five at one point of time. Andre Rusell and Yusuf Pathan added 95 runs for the sixth wicket to take Kolkata to victory from a near losing position. Earlier, skipper George Bailey's 60 of 45 balls helped Punjab to post 155 for 9 in stipulated 20 overs. In another match, Delhi Daredevils defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad by 4 runs in Vishakapatnam. An all around effort by skipper JP Duminy, who made 54 runs and took 4 wickets, brought Delhi Daredevils their second victory in the tournament. In reply to Delhi's score of 167 runs Hyderabad could manage only 163 for 8 in 20 overs. In today's fixtures, while Rajsthan Royals will take on Chennai Super Kings in Ahemdabad, Royal Challenger Bangalore will lock horns with Mumbai Indians at in Bengaluru.
