The opening match of the fifth edition of the Indian Premier League Twenty-20 cricket tournament will be played between defending champions Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai today. Indian skipper MS Dhoni will captain the Chennai side, while the Mumbai team will be led by spinner Harbhajan Singh.Nine teams, comprising many international players, are participating in the tournament and a total of 76 matches are scheduled to be played between them. The final match is slated for May 27 at Chennai.
