Kochi's decision to bowl first paid immediate dividend as Spinner Brad Hodge scalped 4 wickets for 13 runs. Rajathan were bundled out for just 97 in the 19th over. Kochi then overhauled the target with 76 balls to spare. Brad Hodge scored an unbeaten 33 and was adjudged man of the match.In another match, Kings Eleven Punjab defeated Delhi Daredevils by 29 runs at Dharamshala. Put in to bat, Punjab posted a formidable 170 for 6 batting first. Delhi was all out for just 141. Piyush Chawla was named player of the match.
