Gujarat Lions beat Kings XI Punjab by five wickets to begin their Indian Premier League campaign on a winning note at Mohali tonight. Chasing a target of 162 , Gujarat Lions over hauled the target for the loss of five wickets with 14 balls to spare. Aaron Finch smashed 74 runs off 47 balls and Dinesh Karthik made 41 off 26 balls. Earlier invited to bat, Kings XI Punjab scored 161 for the loss of six wickets. Murali Vijay 42,Manan Vohra 38 and Marcus Stoinis 33 were the main scorer.
