With this win, Rajasthan Royals surpassed Chennai Super Kings to reclaim top spot in the points table with 14 points in 11 matches. Earlier in another match yesterday, Mumbai Indians registered their third consecutive victory, beating Kings XI Punjab by 23 runs. Mumbai now have eight points from nine games, while the Punjab side remains at the bottom of the table with only four points from the same number of games.
