The first qualifier match of the play-off stage of the IPL cricket tournament will be played in Mumbai tomorrow between Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians. The encounter will begin at the Wankhede Stadium at 8 p.m. The round-robin league matches of the on-going IPL involving 56 matches concluded yesterday. Chennai Super Kings topped the table in the eight-team competition with 18 points. Mumbai Indians finished second with 16 points. The Eliminator fixture between the third-placed and fourth-placed teams involving Royal Challengers Bangalore and Rajasthan Royals will be held at the MCA International Stadium at Gahunje in Pune on Wednesday.The Second Qualifier match between the losing team of the first Qualifier and the winning side of the Eliminator will be played at the JSCA International Stadium Complex, Ranchi, on May 22. The final will be played at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata on May 24 with a Reserve Day kept the next day.
