Economic Affairs Secretary Subhash Chandra Garg has said that Industrial Production Index has returned to positive territory in July with 1(point)2 growth compared to -0(point)2 per cent in June. <br/><br/>In a tweet, Mr Garg hoped that in August the performance will be better. He said, Consumer inflation ticked up by 1 per cent to 3.36 per cent and Food inflation remains low at 1.5 per cent. Mr Garg said, pulses still are cheaper by 25 per cent compared to last August.
