IOC to increase LPG bottling in NE states

The Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) plans to increasing its LPG bottling capacity in the North East from 258,000 metric tonnes to 360,000 metric tones per year, in the next three months. According to official sources, the upgradation work is being done at an estimated cost of 460 lakh rupees and is expected to be competed by March 2010.<br/><br/>To check black-marketing, the IOC has introduced a computer-based uploading system in the outlets.<br/>
