Indian Oil Corporation will host the 23rd Petroleum Sports Promotion Board Inter Unit Carrom tournament at Panaji in Goa from tomorrow. Eight organizations – NGC, HPCL, GAIL, CPCL, MRPL, EIL, Petronet including the hosts IOCL are expected to take part in the four day event.
