He has already spent 12 days in police custody since his arrest on the 28th of last month from Chennai airport.</div>''<div><br />''</div>''<div>Meanwhile, hours after the court sent him to judicial custody, Karti moved the Delhi High Court seeking bail. The matter would be heard on Tuesday.</div>
