He was arrested in connection with the INX media case.<br />''<br />''In a rejoinder to the reply of the Central Bureau of Investigation on his bail plea, the former Finance Minister said a look out circular has already been issued against him. He said it is preposterous to allege that he is a flight risk and can evade the process of law.<br />''<br />''CBI in its reply last Friday opposed Mr Chidambaram's bail plea in the corruption case, saying it is gravest case of economic offence and the magnitude of financial embezzlement and misuse of high public office disentitles him for any relief.<br />''<br />''Mr Chidambaram's bail plea is scheduled to be heard later in the day.</span><br />
