<span style="color: #222222;">Karti Chidambaram, son of Congress leader and former Union minister P Chidambaram today challenged the Enforcement Directorate's notice to vacate his Jor Bagh residence in New Delhi before the adjudicating authority, PMLA. <br />''<br />''The property was earlier attached by the ED in the INX Media corruption case in which the father-son duo is accused.<br />''<br />''Karti approached the authority saying an appeal in this regard was already pending before appellate authority, Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) and ED's yesterday's directions were a violation of the law.<br />''<br />''The eviction notice was served last evening following an earlier order of the Adjudicating Authority, by which the attachment of the property was confirmed.<br />''<br />''The immovable property was attached by the ED on October 10 last year.</span><br />
