<span style="color: #222222;">In Jammu and Kashmir, Financial Commissioner, Health and Medical Education Atal Dulloo has said that introduction of Diploma in National Board (DNB) courses in the district hospitals and new Medical Colleges will go a long way in the institutional strengthening of health care centres.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' Reviewing the progress in the implementation of Diploma in National Board (DNB) courses in the district hospitals and new Medical Colleges in the UT in Jammu yesterday, Mr Dulloo said, introduction of DNB courses will dramatically improve the health services in the districts and will also de-congest the tertiary care hospitals in Jammu and Srinagar. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said that with this, a specialist will be available round-the-clock at the district hospital and all facilities will be available at the district level for better patient care. Mr Dulloo further said that intensive Care Unit facilities will be made available in the 10 district hospitals and five new Medical Colleges of J&K in the next four months.<br />'' <br />'' </span>
