India has stressed the need to ensure security of cyberspace for the protection of Internet users. Speaking at the Global Multi-stakeholders' Meeting on the future of Internet Governance in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Indian representative Vinay Kwatra said, India is willing to play a constructive role in evolving global Internet governance system. He said, the system must be representative and democratic, rather than being managed by a few. According to an official release issued in New Delhi today, Kwatra said, India also supports innovation and robust private investment to augment continuing growth of Internet.
