President of Maldives Mohamed Nasheed is on a two day visit to Sri Lanka to further strengthen the close bilateral relations between the two countries. Sri Lankan government sources said that the President Nasheed watched part of the third one-day international cricket match between Sri Lanka and Australia being played in Hambantota on Tuesday.
