International Solar Alliance, ISA will become a treaty-based international intergovernmental organization today. The ISA, India's brainchild was launched jointly by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and then President of France, Fran'ois Hollande, on the side lines of the CoP21 at Paris in November 2015.
