An International Conference on "Ramayan Circuit and Mithila-Awadh Relations" started in Janakpur of Nepal today. <br/><br/>Eminent experts from India and Nepal participating in the two-day event. During Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Nepal Visit in 2014, an agreement was signed between India and Nepal to develop Ayodhya and Janakpur as twin cities. <br/><br/>Inaugurating the conference Culture Minister of Nepal Jitendra Narayan Dev said that cultural and language have stronger bonding than political relations. <br/><br/>He said that India and Nepal have a unique relationship and such programmes will further strengthen it. Highlighting age-old ties between both the countries Indian Ambassador to Nepal Manjeev Singh said that it is necessary to carry forward this relationship as per the requirements of the modern time. <br/><br/>He said that, if required, India will provide all possible help in the development of Janakpur city. <br/><br/>The basic objective of the conference is to give thrust on all aspects of social, cultural and religious ties between Mithila and Awadh besides developing connectivity between Janakpur and Ayodhya.
