International Conference of Commonwealth Association for Public Administration and Management CAPAM will begin in New Delhi Today. The three day Biennial International is being organized by Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances). It will be inaugurated by Union Minister V. Narayanasamy.

The conference will be attended by over 350 delegates from the Commonwealth countries. It will focus on the challenges of achieving national objectives for development, citizen-centric service-delivery and public administration. Organized in a highly integrative format, Conference participants will have ample opportunity to hear from and interact with eminent practitioners, international experts in the area of good governance and public service development.
