The 16th International Children’s Film Festival is all set for a grand take off in Hyderabad this evening. Information and Broadcasting Minister Ambica Soni will be inaugurating the week-long Childrens’ film festival. Austrian Film ' Mozart in China’ by Bernd Neuburger will be screened as the inaugural film of the festival. Eminent film personalities including Poet and writer Gulzar are attending the biannual event.
