Union Minister of State for Science & Technology and Earth Sciences Dr. Jitendra Singh on Saturday said that the ongoing International Bio-resource Conclave along with the 22nd Congress of the International Society for Ethno-pharmacology at Imphal has given platform for new StartUp in the NorthEast Region. Attending the Conclave through video-conferencing, the Union Minister said that Institute of Bio-resource Sustainable Development (IBSD) has been engaging in research works and giving benefits to us. The international conclave will definitely connect between stakeholders and the lecture given by eminent scientists will enlighten those participating in the conclave.<br />'' <br />''Dr. Jitendra also inaugurated the Centre for Outreach Research Activities and Scientists and Students Hostels of IBSD Imphal. A book on 'Flora of Manipur: A Pictorial Guide' was released and awards were given to selected scientists.
