The International Anti-Corruption Day was celebrated by District Vigilance Officer of Kargil in collaboration with youth action committee of Kargil in the conference hall.<br />''  <br />'' DC Kargil Shrikant Suse was the Chief Guest and Additional Deputy Commissioner was guest of honour and DY SP Headquarters Manzoor Ahmed Khan was Special Guest.<br />''  <br />'' The programme was celebrated at Conference Hall Baroo during which speakers highlighted the problems of corruption in society and its alleviation.<br />''  <br />'' The Vigilance Department of Police presented a brief note on corruption in our society and ways to control it.<br />''  <br />'' Mr Shrikant Suse, while talking on this occasion, said that the 1st thing to control Corruption is Moral Education and continuous awareness and education. He further said that with the advancement of technology, the menace of corruption will reduce due to less interaction and visit of people to office as they can get all their work done online with the click of a button.<br />''  <br />'' A quiz competition was organised on this occasion and students from different schools participated in the competition.<br />''  <br />'' Later the Chief Guest Presented Mementoes and Certificates to the Youth Action Committee and the students who took part in the quiz competition.<br />''
