<span style="color: #222222;">Senior BJP leader and Union Minister Prahlad Singh Patel has said the interlinking of rivers is a revolutionary move and the Narendra Modi-led BJP government has allocated 42,000 crore rupees for the same. He said 42 water purification projects have been set up between Haridwar and Hrishikesh for this purpose. <br />''<br />''Mr. Patel added that 12 lakh citizens have benefitted and close to nine lakh hectares of land is receiving water for irrigation due to sincere efforts and quick decision-making.
