The interim Government that claimed power in Kyrgyzstan after violent protests has issued an arrest warrant for President Kurmanbek Bakiyev, who is refusing to step down. Mr Bakiyev said, he did nothing wrong. He spoke from South of the country where he traveled after the death of about 80 people Wednesday in clashes between security forces and protesters in the capital Bishkek.
