Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said cooperative federalism is an article of faith for his Government. In a series of tweets ahead of the Inter-State Council meeting in New Delhi, Mr Modi said, the meeting gives a good opportunity to discuss wide range of subjects.<br/><br/>The Prime Minister said, he is looking forward to interact with State Chief Ministers, Ministerial colleagues and others to discus and deliberate on various vital national issues. Among the key topics, Mr Modi will discuss internal security issues, improving quality of education and learning outcomes and use of Aadhaar as an identifier. The Council is meeting after a gap of almost ten years.<br/><br/>
