In West Bengal two Inter-Ministerial Central teams have arrived in the State this afternoon to assess the ground situation of lockdown implementation. The Union Home Ministry has constituted two teams, one for four South Bengal Districts including Kolkata and Howrah and another for North Bengal Districts like Darjeeling, Jalpaiguri and Kalimpong for this purpose. In a letter to the State Chief Secretary a senior official of the Home Ministry has expressed serious concern over violation of lockdown norms in hotspot Districts of the State and asked the Central team to issue necessary directions  and submit a report to them after spot assessment. The West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has criticized the centre for sending teams to the state. In a letter to the Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi, she said that such action is against the spirit of federal structure of the country.  <br />'' <br />''Meanwhile, another 54 fresh positive cases of Corona attack have been reported in last 24 hours in the State. Giving this information in Kolkata this afternoon the State Chief Secretary Mr. Rajiv Sinha told that altogether 245 Corona positive patients are under treatment at various hospitals. He said that 73 people have been discharged from hospitals after recovery from Corona positive diseases.<br />
