Karnataka state transport corporation operated 1606 buses yesterday and transported 53,476 passengers to different towns in the state. The South Western Railways has run 97 Shramik special trains for migrant workers in the past two days. Thirteen more trains are scheduled from Hubballi and Bengaluru to Rajasthan, Bihar and other northern states.
