Shimla district administration has advised tourist not to venture high altitude areas as many circuit roads are still blocked due to heavy snow. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile, Shimla, kufari, Macleodganj, Manali and Dalhousie is fully jam-packed with tourists who are arriving here to experience snow. On the other hand many roads connecting villages and highways have been blocked due to heavy snowfall. As the weather remains clear today the district administration of various district deployed man and machine to clear the snowbound roads on war footing.</span><br />
