An intense cold condition still prevailed in Uttarakhand from dusk to dawn. Weather however remains clear during the daytime. People in hills have been witnessing bright sunshine. Meanwhile, hundred of villages are cut off from the District Head quarters after the recent snowfall. There are also reports of dozen of tourists being stranded in Harshil area of Uttarkashi.
