The latest Fast Attack Craft of the Indian Navy INS Kalpeni was commissioned at a function held at the Southern Naval Command in Kochi today. The Chief Justice of the Kerala High Court, Justice Jasti Chelameshwar commissioned the Fast Attack Craft. The ship, which can achieve a speed of over 35 knots will bolster the Navy's search and destruction capabilities of fast moving objects, besides coastal surveillance.
