INS Garhial of Indian Navy will carry around 86 thousand family packs as relief material in the ongoing operation Insaniyat launched in support of Bangladesh for the Rohingya refugees. The ship is expected to arrive at Chittagong around 25th of this month. 107 tons of relief supplies were flown in by C 17, Globemaster, of Indian Air Force in two sorties to Chittagong on 14th and 15th of this month. <br/><br/>These were repacked into family packs under the High Commission arrangements. Each jute bag based family pack has rations, toiletries and mosquito net. These have been handed over to District administration in Cox Bazar for distribution to refugees.
