Inquiry commission to be formed to probe doubts regarding Jayalalithaa's health: O Panneerselvam

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister O.Paneerselvam has said that an inquiry commission headed by a sitting Supreme Court would be formed to look into the death of late Chief Minister Jayalalithaa. <br/><br/>Speaking to newspersons at his residence in Chennai today, he said that he would meet Governor Vidya Sagar Rao and if needed might withdraw his resignation. <br/><br/>But if he continued with the Government, he said he was ready to prove his strength in the Assembly. Addressing hundreds of supporters in front of his residence, he said that he will visit all the districts to garner support. Replying to a query on Ms.Deepa Jayakumar, the Chief Minister said that he had great regards for her and would seek her support. <br/><br/>Mr.Paneerselvam also emphatically said that BJP was not behind the happenings inside the Party. Among the supporters were former Speaker and former legal advisers of the AIADMK Mr.PH.Pandian, his son Mr. Manoj Pandian and former MP. Dr.Maithreyan.Two sitting MLAs of Kaundampalayam constituency Mr.Arukutty and Sholavandan Constituency Mr.Manikam met Mr.Paneerselvam and pledged support to him.
