Injury hit Bangladesh recall Ashraful ,Naeem

The Bangladesh cricket board has decided to replace injured batsman Roqibul Hasan with Mohammed Ashraful for the remaining two One day international matches against England. Roquibul Hasan sustained an injury on his left foot while batting during the first One day match against England at Trent Bridge on Thursday which the visitors lost by six wickets. Roquibul Hasan has been ruled out of the remainder of the UK tour as he will require around two weeks to recover. Mohammad Ashraful left Dhaka this morning to join the team in London.In addition to this the Bangladesh cricket board has also decided to send all-rounder Naeem Islam to London on Saturday to join the squad. Naeem is being sent following the injury suffered by wicket keeper Mushfiqur Rahim.Rahim who was hit by a ball below the left eye is under treatment for a bruised cheek and is currently under observation. The second ODI of the three match series will be played at Bristol on 10th July while the third match will be played at Edgbaston on 12th July.
