Finance Minister Arun Jaitley today said in New Delhi that infrastructure is key for the country's growth. Addressing a seminar on infrastructure financing and scope for public-private-partnership projects in the BRICS group, Mr Jaitley said, if India has to grow faster then investment from both public and private sector will be required. He said that projects in sectors like highways, ports and railway will be area of mega economic activities. <br/><br/>The One day Seminar is being organized by the Finance Ministry in collaboration with the Confederation of Indian Industries in New Delhi. The BRICS ( an association of Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) summit will be held next month in Goa and as a lead up to that India has initiated a number of events within the spirit of the BRICS.
