In Cricket, the start of the fourth day's play of the third and final Test between India and South Africa at Johannesburg has been delayed due to wet ground conditions because of overnight rain. South Africa is to resume their second innings at the overnight score of 17 for 1. Dean Elgar at 11 and Hashim Amla 2 were at the crease when stumps were drawn yesterday. The hosts need 224 runs with 9 wickets in hand. Opener Aiden Markram was the wicket that fell.The play was suspended early owing to dangerous playing conditions as Elgar was hit on the helmet from a rising delivery from paceman Jasprit Bumrah. The play was suspended even as India wanted to continue with the game.
