India will resume their inning from 267 for 3 against New Zealand on day 2 of the third Cricket Test in Indore today. After hosts won the toss yesterday and opted to bat, the Kiwis kept India at backfoot reeling them at 100 for 3. It was then stabled by a 150-plus-run partnership between skipper Virat Kohli and Ajinkya Rahane for 4th wicket. The duo together stitched 167 runs, Kohli making a gritty 103 and Rahane a fighting 79, being still at crease.Gautam Gambhir, who made a return to the Indian squad after more than two years, was out for 29. Murali Vijay made 10 and Cheteshwar Pujara 41. Mitchell Santner, Trent Boult and Jeetan Patel shared a wicket each.India has already clinched the 3-match series. They had won the first Test in Kanpur and second in Kolkata.
