Indonesia's most wanted terrorist has reportedly been captured after a shoot-out with anti-terrorist officers. Police had recently stepped up their hunt for Abdullah Sunata after they uncovered a plot to kill the Indonesian president and foreigners.

Sunata was reportedly arrested at a house in Klaten in Central Java this afternoon. Another man, Juli Hartono, believed to be a friend of Sunata, was shot dead. Police believe Sunata was the main recruiter for an armed militant group recently found training in Aceh.
