Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar today congratulated India's ace shuttler Saina Nehwal for her victory in the Indonesian Open final in Jakarta. Nehwal, who had won the Thailand Open last week, defeated China's Xuerui Li in the final of the Indonesian Open to lifther third title of the year.The 22-year-old shuttler will lead the Indian badmintonteam during the London Olympic Games next month.
