Saina, whose last trophy was the Malaysia Masters Grand Prix Gold title in January last year, will be eying to make a perfect start to the new season with a win today. She will also be vying to improve her head-to-head record against Tai, who has won 8 of the 13 games played between them, so far. Saina's last victory over Tai came at the 2013 Swiss Open, and she has since failed to win any of the six matches against the top Taiwanese shuttler.
