India and the US have formed a Brain Trust aimed at strengthening cooperation between the scientific community of the two countries. It is to enable strengthening the collaboration in various areas like science, research, academia, entrepreneurship and innovation. Addressing a programme in Washington, Indian Ambassador to the US Arun Singh said, the partnership between the Indian and American researchers is a "win-win" not only for the two countries but also for the entire world.<br/><br/>Applauding India's success, former World Bank president Paul Wolfowitz said India has now emerged as a model for other<br/>developing countries.
