External Affairs Minister Mr. S.M Krishna has said that the foreign secretary level talks on Wednesday will focus essentially on India’s core concerns regarding terrorism.<br/><br/>In a reply to a question in Lok Sabha on Wednesday, Mr Krishna has that India has consistently maintained that it is necessary to have an environment free of terror or threat of terror if relations between the two countries are to move forward concretely and meaningfully.<br/><br/>He also said that India expects Pakistan to bring the perpetrators of the Mumbai terrorist attack to justice, unravel the full conspiracy behind the attack, and full fill its commitment to dismantle the infrastructure of terrorism and deny sanctuary to all terrorist groups which operate from its soil.<br/><br/>He also said that enabling an effective channel of communication between India and Pakistan can assist in the discussion of such concerns and to highlight the seriousness we attach to the need for action by Pakistan against terrorism.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, The Pakistan Foreign Secretary, Salman Basheer who arrived in New Delhi on Wednesdayfor the talks is hopeful for a positive outcome.
