Pakistan has indicated its readiness for the Foreign Secretary-level talks on 25th of this month. Disclosing this, Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said, the two sides need to move forward. He however insisted on resumption of composite dialogue covering Kashmir and other outstanding issues that is meaningful and result-oriented.<br/><br/>The Foreign Secretary Ms. Nirupama Rao had proposed February 18 and 25 as dates for the talks. India maintains it is ready to discuss all issues of concern to the two sides but the composite dialogue process can resume only after the perpetrators of Mumbai carnage are brought to justice and terror infrastructure dismantled from the soil under Pakistani control.<br/><br/>New Delhi has also made it clear the terrorism will be focus of discussions at the talks. After India's recent offer for holding talks, Pakistan Foreign Minister convened an inter-ministerial meeting on Wednesday to assess the proposal and to formulate Pakistan's response.
