India today expressed concern on the issue of terrorism during the Secretary-level talks. <br/><br/>Briefing newsman in New Delhi after the talks Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao said that her Pakistani counterpart was told that it is the duty of Islamabad to dismantle terror infrastructure targeted against India and the trust and confidence between India and Pakistan should be restored. The two sides have agreed to remain in touch.<br/><br/>Mrs. Rao told Mr. Bashir that steps taken by Pakistan to bring perpetrators of Mumbai attacks to justice are not enough. She also handed over three dossiers to the Pakistani foreign secretary.
