India today told Pakistan that steps taken by Islamabad to bring perpetrators of Mumbai attacks to justice are not enough. <br/><br/>Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao told her Paksitani counterpart during Foreign secretary level talks in New Delhi that it is the duty of Islamabad to dismantle terror infrastructure targeted against India and the trust and confidence between India and Pakistan should be restored. She expressed concern on the issue of terrorism. <br/><br/>Briefing newsman in New Delhi after the talks Mrs. Rao said that she also handed over three dossiers to Mr. Salman Basheer. <br/><br/>One dossier is on involvement of certain individuals in 26/11 attacks, second on threats issued by terrorist Ilyas Kashmiri and the third is about fugitives from Indian law in Pakistan. <br/><br/>Mr. Basheer was told that New Delhi is not satisfied with the Pakistani argument that no action is possible against JUD leader Hafiz Saeed on the basis of the speeches he made. Mrs. Rao said that the time not ripe for resumption of composite dialogue with Pakistan.<br/>
