According to the Custodian of Cross LoC Trade, Krishen Lal the Poonch-Rawlakote bus service resumed today with civilians crossing the gate at Chakkan-da-Bagh in Poonch district.
The service resumed after the three-week long 'tension' between India and Pakistan along the LoC. About 84 stranded passengers from Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir (PoK) returned to their native places in two buses while 68 Indian citizens, who went across to meet their relatives and stuck up due to the ongoing 'tension' along the border, are also returning to their homes later today.
The bus service and trade between two nations was suspended following escalation in ceasefire violations and infiltration attempts made by the Pakistan.
