Government has indicated that the next round of Foreign Secretary level talks between India and Pakistan may be held in Islamabad to take forward the dialogue process. Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of India – Africa Project Partnership Summit 2010, Foreign Minister S M Krishna said, Pakistani Foreign Secretary Salman Bashir visited India for talks and now it is the turn of Indian Foreign Seceretary to go to the Pakistan. However, he said that the nothing is confirmed so far.<br/><br/>When asked if the Prime Ministers of two nations could meet at next month during the nuclear security summit in Washington the minister was non – committal. He credited Prime Minister Manmohan Singh with having taken the initiative to reopen the bilateral dialogue between India and Pakistan.<br/><br/>Earlier, speaking at India Africa Project Partnership summit, Minister said, India will establish 19 institutions to develop human resources and capacity building in Africa. Talking about various initiatives taken by India in Africa Mr. Krishna said India is establishing a pan – African e-network project for 47 African countries and half of them are already connected and efforts are underway to integrate the remaining.<br/><br/>
