Indian and Royal Oman armies began joint exercise in Bakloh area of Chamba district in Himachal Pradesh yesterday. On the first day, the both sides get information regarding the security scenario. India and Oman has cordial relation in defence sector and the current exercise would strengthen the ties further. <br/><br/>This exercise named Al Nagah-two would be continued for the fourteen next days. Total sixty contingents from both sides are taking part in the exercise. Earlier this kind of exercise was conducted in the year 2015. A battalion from the 9th Gorkha regiment of Indian army is participating in this exercise. The exercise would be mainly focused on counter terrorism and forest warfare.
