Indo-Bangla Foreign Secretary level talks in New Delhi today

Foreign Secretary level talks between India and Bangladesh are scheduled to be held in New Delhi today. Foreign Secretary Mr. Ranjan Mathai will lead the Indian delegation while the Bangladesh delegation will be led by his counterpart Mr. Mohamed Mijarul Quayes. The discussions are expected to focus on all aspects of the India-Bangladesh relationship. They will also review the progress made on various decisions taken during the visit of the Prime Minister of Bangladesh to India in January 2010 and the visit of the Prime Minister of India to Bangladesh in September 2011 and the first meeting of the India-Bangladesh Joint Consultative Commission which was held in New Delhi in May this year.
