Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee has said that indications of softening food inflation are clearly visible and they are expected to decline in the coming months uninterruptedly. <br/><br/>In his opening remarks after the introduction of the Finance Bill in Lok Sabha on Wednesday, Mr Mukherjee said that while the industry has shown a turn around and what has led to deep concern is the double-digit food inflation. <br/><br/>He said, the government has taken a number of short-term and medium-term measures to improve the domestic availability of essential commodities and to moderate inflation. <br/>
