India's women hockey squad for the FIH Hockey World League Round 3 was announced today. The 18-member senior team will be led by Midfielder Ritu Rani. Chanchan Devi has been named as Ritu's deputy for the tournament which is to be played at Rotterdam in the Netherlands from June 13 to 23. The Indian team qualified for this competition in February this year by winning the World League Round 2tournament in Delhi. The FIH World League is a qualificationtournament for the 2014 Women's World Cup.
